Event Description:
David Stephens, P.E., who currently serves as the Project Manager for the area Interstate 45 construction, will be the guest speaker at the September 4, 2025, meeting of the Huntsville Area Newcomers (for a Lifetime) Club. Mr. Stephens has over 40 years of transportation and highway construction experience, with both the Oklahoma and Texas DOT agencies. After retiring from the Texas DOT in 2021, he joined H. W. Lochner, in Construction Engineering and Inspection Management (CEI). Since 2021 he has overseen $644 million in CEI projects. The luncheon meeting starts at 11:30am on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Elkins Lake Club House, 632 Cherry Hills Drive, Huntsville, Texas.
