Join the Sam Houston Memorial Museum for “Ode to East Texas” Book Talk & Signing with local artist Lee Jamison and Dr. Caroline Crimm on Tuesday, May 17 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Katy & E. Don Walker, Sr. Education Center, located at 1402 19th Street. The book talk will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the book signing to follow. “Ode to East Texas” books will be available for purchase during the event. (The “Ode to East Texas” exhibit is on display in the exhibit gallery at the Walker Education Center until May 28, 2022.)
