Bacon & Brew Fest 2018

The Huntsville Main Street Program is hosting its first annual Bacon and Brew Fest on the square in downtown Huntsville on Saturday, March 24, 2018. The family-friendly event is from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is free and open to members of the public of all ages.

There will be a wide range of vendor booths offering bacon-related and other food items and brews, as well as activities for all ages. In addition, there will be a family run and an evening concert to cap off the day, thanks to special sponsors including H-E-B and the Adam Olson Team.

“We are delighted for the community of Huntsville and the surrounding area, as we expect that this event will be an exciting part of each year,” said Debbie Charbonneau, Main Street Coordinator. “We think its format - something new and fresh - will have appeal for everyone, and its attendance will serve to help energize the area economy.”

The Bacon & Brew Fest was created to provide residents a chance to enjoy bacon-themed food and brews while hanging out with friends and family in a relaxed environment. Created and produced by the Huntsville Main Street Program, hopes are for establishing a long-term presence and identification with the city.

“We hope all will mark their calendars now and join us for this exciting event,” added Charbonneau.
